Nate started investing in real estate in 2015 and his experience in the industry has lead the company. He is the brains behind the business - from strategy of each property to budgeting to leading the team, he wears all the hats!

As the Project Manager, Dmitry’s ability to run point on cross functional partnerships allows him to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Jack began his career in tech sales in the heart of San Francisco where he realized working with family and helping others was a priority for his future. Moving to Orange County to work alongside his cousin Nate, Jack heads all property acquisitions.

Inspired by design, Britney supports Taylor and Dmitry to ensure design decisions are executed according to plan. Her MBA has proven to be an asset to the team as she supports operations.
